ABOUT
Hannah Hesselgreaves is Professor of Organisational Learning and Leader of the Complexity and Learning research group at Northumbria University. WIth a background in organisational psychology, she has developed a portfolio of work in the areas of learning transfer (and the evaluation of outcomes), job quality, and employee wellbeing. Her research is aimed at informing policy and practice in the workplace including inter-professional education, collaborative learning and learning partnering in public service contexts. Hannah also founded her own research company and has driven many research and consultancy projects commissioned across the public and VCS sector including work with Joseph Rowntree Trust.
